These terms & conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the website. By placing an order with Zero-Living you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.
Orders can be processed directly though this website. Zero-Living processes card payments securely via a third party payment system called Stripe. All transactions are processed using a secure server. Zero-Living will only ever share your name and delivery address with our agreed third party suppliers in order for them to send the items to you. All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Zero-Living will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Upon placement of an order the customer will receive an email receipt as confirmation of the purchase. This email receipt is not the same as a contract. Zero-Living reserves the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorise a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Zero-Living. As such, Zero-Living reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders that fit within these parameters. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, Zero-Living will issue a refund to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price. Zero-Living reserves the right to change any of the information found on this site and the services and products described therein at anytime and without notice.

Our priority is always the wellbeing of our customers. Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation we will try to continue to ship orders as frequently as possible but there may be delays to delivery times, we will always keep you informed about your order.
Zero-Living's online orders are processed within 24 hours. Third party suppliers ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is placed, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days UK and 5-7 business days Europe, unless stated otherwise.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Intimate or sanitary goods
Some health and personal care items
Lingerie and underwear
Socks and tights
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We monitor returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused, or lead to the closure of your customer account at our discretion.
Faulty or incorrect items
Faulty or incorrect items must be registered within 3 days of receiving an item. Once submitting the faulty request, you must send the item with tracking number within 7 days of the request.
