Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer free returns or exchanges on our orders as we are advocates of mindful purchasing – every package that ships has a carbon footprint.
Our policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you’re not happy with the quality of the product you have received, we will always endeavour to rectify this for you. Email us a photo and state you order to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for used products or those returned more than 30 days after the order was delivered.
Please email our team at email@example.com with the details of the item/s you are returning, so we have a record of your return before you post it back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
