Please note that all deliveries are held fully accountable through all third party suppliers on Zero-Living website. Zero-Living processes all orders but does not personally ship all of the orders.
Online orders are processed within 24 hours. Third party suppliers ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is placed, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days UK and 7-10 business days for Europe, unless stated otherwise. Please read individual items 'Shipping info' for all details. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Zero-Living current holds returns policies based on each individual supplier due to the large variety between each and every product on the website. We will specify each returns policy on the individual product page, please refer to this before purchasing the products. Due to some of the products being either one off or hand made some suppliers will hold a NO returns policy. Please ensure you have read each products return policies and are clear before purchasing.
In any case if you have any questions or there is a problem with your product please get in touch with us at we are more than open to discuss and resolve any issues you have.
Here at Zero-Living we make sure that all of our brands understand the importance to us and our customers that in order to shop more planet friendly not only do the products need to be good but so does the packaging.
We therefore try to ensure that ALL packaging is recyclable, with as minimal waste as possible. We ask for this across the board and we know that all of the brands we work with are in agreement and are always striving to improve this for you.
